My sales site have plenty of products. And customers are looking for a place to discuss about them. Should I add a community board to increase the demand and visits?

Well if you are certain that people will come to discuss then you should go for it. It is always an advantage to give people space to speak up their minds.

Exactly, if people talk then you will also know and understand their problems. Which will help you to improve your products and get more sales.

According to product improvement and good customer support a community board can work well.
