In some cases we incorporate the products in the newsletter emails too but not in all of them. And certainly you don't follow any ratio or sending pattern. We just try to keep them as much as natural and friendly as possible.

On average, the best frequency for newsletters are no more than twice a week and at least once a month. In fact, more and more consumers want to receive emails from brands. 61% of consumers want to see at least one email a week from brands they follow. So sending out a weekly newsletter is what most audiences want.

If you start sending emails keeping in mind that the audience wants to see your brand emails in their inbox you will probably end up in the spam folder rather than in inbox.

61% based on which survey huh??!!
Some people has bought something from us that doesn't mean they will be expecting to hear more from us. Even if we were a large brand.
