The satellite data on Google Maps is typically between 1 to 3 years old. According to the Google Earth Blog, data updates usually happen about once a month, but they may not show real-time images

There is no set schedule, the maps are changed every minute by the Google Map Users and Google (using data provided by official governmental bodies).
It's Google’s policy to update the satellite imagery at least every 5 years, but they often don't.
Users can report missing streets by using the Report a problem link found at the bottom right corner of the map. If you wish to make the edit yourself then you can use the Key editing features currently available in Google Maps which include:
Add a place
Edit info about a place
Share more details about a place
