Welcome message sent now what?

I have a list in my niche organically. So, I have sent welcome message now should I sent directly offers or do something else?

Don't go blasting around emails with offers. Build a trust first. Send them interesting emails with real value engage them by sending them surveys see what they actually need. Then go for offers.

I discovered this too. I wish that the PMs didn't clutter up my inbox while still coming from me; and that the replies to that welcome PM still came to me. That'd be ideal, really, in our community.

Engage them with weekly newsletters. Don't just email them, provide value in those mails.
