I have a query. In order to convert for my affiliate product what should I do? Should I put the offer link directly from the squeeze page or build some more pages to build the trust of the client.

Don't build and add irrelevant pages, it will only lower your conversion rate. Put a direct link of the offer page in the squeeze page. You can just add a customed 'Thank You' pop-up to show whenever someone clicks the link of the product page from the squeeze page.
