The time doesn't matter. If the post is really good and worthwhile to publish then it can be published in a one month old blog.

The time is not the factor. The quality of the content is the main factor for accepting guest posts from authors.

I agree.

But to OP I say that we generally start accepting after the blog is atleast 6 months old.
