As a publisher which one will be better. We operate in several niches specially in the tech niche. Payouts doesn't have to be fast but reliable.

Tech audiences are picky about site speed and intrusive ads; these platforms offer much better "heavy lifting" for your UX than AdSense ever will. Between the two, Raptive usually wins on pure revenue for tech publishers because their sales team is aggressive with high-CPM tech brands, provided you have the traffic (100k+ views) to get in. If you're a bit smaller but still growing, Mediavine is the gold standard for reliability and support.
