Never lower your Commission rate
#1
Some business vendors do this I see a lot of times. But they end up hurting themselves.
When they are trying to gain new customers they increase the commission rate of the new customers (say from 10% to 12%). But as they have to make money they decreases the commission rate for the old or existing customers (say from 10% to 8%). My suggestion here will be never decrease your commission rate. If you need money so much then make a way by optimizing the new customer's increased commission rate. Don't you guys agree?

You are absolutely right. I couldn't agree more. I did this mistake in the past and lost about 30% of my old customers.

Go for Acronis. The other one can be expensive for a small or mid level business.brian — 02:49 PM
