My website's on-page SEO and off-page SEO are both optimized, and I regularly build links, yet some keywords do not rank well. Any suggestions, please?

I’ve seen decent results by mixing forum linkbuilding with other safe link strategies like blog comments and niche edits. It’s slow but adds some diversity that looks more natural. The key is picking active forums where backlinks don’t get removed and actually provide value. I don’t rely on it alone, but for building trust and a base layer of links, it still has a place in my process.

- Make sure your page matches search intent exactly
- Build topical clusters, not single pages
- Improve content depth and usefulness, not keyword usage
- Strengthen internal linking
- Check for keyword cannibalization

From my experience, when links and basic on-page are already covered, the issue is often intent and topical authority rather than SEO “signals.” I’ve had keywords stuck for months until I reworked the page to fully answer the query — adding comparisons, examples, FAQs, and even sections users don’t explicitly ask for but clearly expect.
