The only thing that comes to mind is the DNS configuration. Yes, for sure for people like us it is a no biggie but for beginners it can be a nightmare specially if you don't have proper knowledge base for this.

Signed up as their free account holder. But their customer care support is limited in that plan so I have to buy a paid one. But apart from it no complaints. I don't regret paying them now.
