This is the email service provider which will get things done. You have a cold email list which you bought from someone you don't know much about. Don't worry they have a deliverability highest of all in this type of things. Also regular email checks and keeping ip secured are easily handled by them. They are worth every buck you spend. A truly 9/1 service.

The problem which we faced with other providers is that they often have good peerformance but lacks somehow in the case of clean ip's. But that's not the case for them. And also not to mention our open rates increased dramatically with their service.
