They are great at valued added service. Although their hosting services are also good but they are pricey. Average internet users may find them a bit costly and stay away this is their main downside. Other than that great product, performance and support.

They are basically a web development and marketing company which also provides web hosting services. So, it is very imperative that they will give or sell good host other wise their customer base will be unhappy as hell.
