I was asked about their performance. But I didn't used them more than just a month. So, here goes what I saw.
This is the kind of service which will be fine if your are in Europe but their service will fall if you start moving from their. Many also reported about their IP's being bad but I hadn't faced that issue. My issue was with the speed once I left Europe for Latin America their uptime and speed fell. So, had to leave them. Else no issues.

I haven't seen so capable host yet they fail to achieve the highest marks when to comes to client satisfaction just because of slow support. They lack man power, I mean seriously that is my best guess. It's not that they cannot solve your problem but the time they take to solve it. They have chat, email and phone support which is more than ever for many still they are able to angry clients.
Performance wise one of the great. Don't get fooled because they are from a small country or have limited data centers as I said earlier they are capable alright. Their pricing is also good no objection there too but some might find them a bit disturbing since they can have a lot of hidden costs when it comes to addons.
Some other folks can have issues with limited features or downtime in distant areas but those things didn't bothered us as they are not a problem that needed to solved.
Anyway, a solid 7 out of 10 for this one.
