I was just wondering that i see some bloggers who writes a blog one or two every day for their blogs and still got many ideas for guest posts too. How they get time and idea to do all of it.

Currently, in my google webmasters tool i am getting too many messages for 404 errors. When i tried to find out that which pages the google crawler is having problem to crawl, i see that the pages don't even exist. What should i do?? Does it going hurt my Google rankings??
