I have a site of electronics product review. Through Bing Webmasters tool i had submitted about 150 urls. But it is showing that it has indexed only 37 out of it. I don't know if there is any problem or my fault, as in google it is showing that it has indexed about 122 urls. Guys please help.

Google has announced 'there will be no more Page Rank updates in the future', so I was just wondering that. Are the backlinks going to loose their value by now?

As for the record in the present year,Google has penalized several sites by manual action penalty. The reason behind this that they have unnatural links outgoing from their sites. So I am afraid right now that some of my blog posts contain outgoing links. It is not that I am selling links but its best for the post itself to provide some necessary additional information. Should I make all my links no-follow? or, should remove those links?

I have been doing competitive analysis research of my competitors to find out what are their top keywords and top pages which gets the most traffic from the search engines.
