In my blog all the inner pages are crawled and indexed too. But they are not ranking . When i search for them like this 'site:mysite.com/innerpage1', Google shows them. But they are not getting ranked. Why?

Suppose I am using PPC campaigns to sell affiliate digital products. Then whether it will be wise to link directly the product sales page from the PPC campaigns? I mean as soon as I can filter the lead into conversion its better, right?

If we get a sales in our blog then in the affiliate network panel shows only the number of sales and the amount of money we make. But there is no indication of the source from which the sales is happening. Presently, we get all our traffic from Google, Ad campaigns and social media network twitter. I just want to know which traffic actually is getting sales so I can emphasize on it.
