I have a wordpress blog which I have been running for many years now. It used get crawled within couple of minutes but it takes more than just a few hours to crawl even if I have fetched the url through google webmasters tool. What should I do?

If say my one page is ranking high in Google which has plenty of good links linking towards it. Now, if I have to move the page to another section of my site. Then obviously I will have to 301 redirect it. Should it lose the value in terms of SEO?
