Recent survey shows a lot of fact about the ages and sex of the traffic those are send from Google and Bing ad campaigns. Google sends a traffic which is generally within 30 years and tech friendly. But Bing sends a traffic which is aged more than 30 years primarily. So, how do you target users of that age? Share your thoughts.

1. Use Broken Links of other websites to create awesome link profile. Find out the broken links first in your niche blogs and then create an fabulous post that can replace the previous linked article & super relevant to the host page. Then just contact to the host site's admin to link to you replacing the broken link.
2. Use Skyscraper Technique. It is also like the 'broken link' technique but its a bit more extensive. In this technique find any article which is getting a link from high authority and build an better alternative of the article (this can be done by adding more content, exclusive insight over the concerned topic etc ). And just contact the other webmaster to link back to you by replacing the previously link.
3. Just share awesome articles freely. It can be done in the social community group pages (like linkedin publisher's platform) or article submission sites. People are always looking for good resources if they find your published content helpful and unique then they will republish it in their sites and you will get a link from them in return.
4. Create content that people will love to link. Publishing rare 'How to's', 'Tutorials', 'Video walk-throughs', always attract visitors and enrich your link profile. You can also publish an free ebook to increase the exposure of your content more vastly.
5. Content that meets the eye. Textual content are good but if you can aid the content with visually stunning images or infographs than it is even more better. Images are more likely to go viral in the social channels which will give you can extra exposure and outreach to grow your link profile organically.

- Create an awesome landing page for the visitors who comes to your site for the for the time. You can also provide an email subscription button in that page. It may be look to you guys a little bit of cheesy but atleast if they subscribe then you will get the chance to bring them back.
- Once the visitors have landed to your site. Show the best stuff of yours such as an awesome free ebook, or the best articles of your blog etc. Here is the tricky part on the first landing page you must show only one option as coming for first time the visitors might not be feeling comfortable seeing too many options. But when it comes to the second page they must see a plenty of good content and stuff, as if they must feel that they are glad to find your blog.
- Embed internal links in your content with catchy anchor texts. Alongside with the articles you can also show the links of the related posts by creating a column in your blog.
- Use headlines which are very attractive. Remember this is the first thing that one visitor that notices about your page so make it count.
- Put strong call to action buttons in your page such as 'Buy Now', 'Start Here Today' etc.
