If my site focuses on getting subscriptions are subscriptions only. Then should I build a mobile app with my mobile optimized site?

I am getting regular subscription through emails. The number were very good. So, after sending some newletters I started promoting some affiliate products in our niche. But since three weeks have passed but no sales. What should I do?
