One of my friend has a forum. Its very content rich in its own niche but still its lacking activity. My friend & his team is adding content regularly and also building links to get traffic & exposure. But still no response. They are using phpbb right now as script.

One of our site has tremendous mobile visitors. And its niche also says that mobile traffic is far larger then desktop traffic. But we are getting visits but still no conversions. What to do now?
