Last week I was asked that how one blogger earn links through blog commenting. Here is a simple solution and simple answer from me.

Blog commenting isn't something you do which you have to do. Do it casually. Offer some additional value in your comment that can be resource to the concerned page.

Blogs sprang up and real content took over. You had to interact with your peers (genuine interaction at that) instead of mindlessly linking.

- Know WHO it is your are blogging for, to determine what information you will need to give them. Failure to understand your audience will lead to a failed blog.

- Research a niche that you have a passion for. Determine the competition before you start, to decide whether this is a niche worth pursuing. A blog without passion will not last long.

- Decide on short term and long term goals to ensure your blog goes the distance.

- Content is King!! Ensure each and every post you publish contains quality information and provides value to the reader.

- Don't expect blogging to 'just happen'. Plan a schedule and stick to it.

- Start to build a list as soon as possible. Your list will help turn your blog into a business.

- Connect on social media platforms such as Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Pinterest etc. Don't just set up profiles, but engage on them. Build networks and relationships with others.

- To establish yourself as an authority in your niche you need to conduct yourself professionally. This includes responding to comments, connecting with others and providing material of value.
