Seeing a lot of drag after installing Mobile optimized theme. Any suggestions?

There are two types of situation here.

1. The kw will be "Top Perfume", where all the sub-niches such as cars, home, offices will be targeted from a single page or article.
2. The kw will be "Top Perfume for car/offices/homes", where all the kw's will be targeted through separate pages.

From SEO point of view which will be more beneficial.

The things here is like "iPhone 7" and "iPhone 6". Both of them should have their own pages but the page having the latest version of iPhone will rank. In this type of situations what should I do to get my desired page ranked better?

Visit to a single page for a long time, does this mean higher bounce rate? I hope I am explaining it alright. I am new to this forum.
