| How to recover Organic traffic? |

We have a tech blog which is 3 years old. Back then when we started it. It was getting 400-500 visitors per day. We have published new content since then but haven't much cared about the traffic. Now the blog is getting almost 100 visitors per day. What can we do to recover the lost traffic?
The blog has almost 6k backlinks referring from almost 90 domains.

I don't know what to do so I am posting here. Our site is a complex one. And most of the themes doesn't apply on it. We have a blog along with shopping cart & support forum.
Lately after doing some research we found a theme which can handle all the complex features of our site. But in order to make the site mobile responsive I have to pay the owner a certain amount of money. The owner has said that if I can do the changes myself then also its okay.
What do you guys think?

So here is a little about me.. I run my own gaming discussion board. I ran into this site/forum a while back and liked the look and feel of it so decided to register and be part of it.
