How much does a site's templates and themes effect the site's SEO?

I know loading speed is directly related to themes and it is directly to SEO. Can anybody explain it to me?? I am a newbie.

I have been following some sites on my own in our niche. And I have figured out about some of their linking techniques. For one they build regularly links from citations sites with the exact match keywords they are targeting and also the related keywords but only if they are needed.

Does these links can suppress our ranks? Or I should do them too?

How do you guys determine the true value of any domain? That you want to build PBN with.

I mean how much they worth and all. If a domain is bought for $4000 then its doesn't necessarily mean that its good and effectively going to help the PBN.

Shared Hosting that provides Unlimited sites to host, does all the sites will have the same ip? Or they will have different ones?

Mobile pages are loading too slow. I have a general blog which implements a free theme and it is also responsive in nature. But when I checked the speed I saw that its taking too long to load. Any ideas to fix it?

We have a good subscribers base in basically every niche. It has happened due to an active fb group. The thing is we cannot send any heavy money spending product. If we want to promote then the product has to be light weight such as greeting cards, mobile accessories, bed sheets or us & throw chairs etc. I hope you guys are getting it. Which network should we looking into? Any suggestions?

Say, if your are testing banner ads and you have a goal of 1% conversions out of 1000 clicks or so. And after running the test you see that you have failed to get even the 1% conversions. Then will you continue to test with more clicks or will you work on the lp and sales pages etc?

I have came across a lot of sellers recently. But I am not sure which ones to trust. Many of them are very reputable and also links doesn't comes cheap. How should I judge those links?
