This is the kind of host which if it fits in your requirements and settings then there is no better host than it. Take the gaming servers for example they are great if anybody specifically is going to avail the said specific servers. Although their servers won't be a good option if your are looking for customization and stuff. Since their setups are pretty straight forward and serves a well intended purpose they don't do well otherwise. Their options are limited when it comes to advanced functions and also their control panel is bit outdated or simple looking (without much advanced things). Their web hosting comes default with Litespeed which is a good thing if you ask me. Perforamance wise also they are great their servers never had a downtime. They are also quite easily deployable and easy to setup. Customer care is also great but they lack 24/7 persistent support. They can be a little late in off hours.
They are a solid 8/10 host. I would have given 9 if the customer care was great as their performance and everything else.

I was asked about their performance. But I didn't used them more than just a month. So, here goes what I saw.
This is the kind of service which will be fine if your are in Europe but their service will fall if you start moving from their. Many also reported about their IP's being bad but I hadn't faced that issue. My issue was with the speed once I left Europe for Latin America their uptime and speed fell. So, had to leave them. Else no issues.
