With all the updates and other things. It is more or less clear that G is encouraging people to not use AI generated content for their sites. So, if I choose to use them then will I be banned?
I am seeing many are facing the issue in the name of manual action penalty.

It is for "User generated spam".
Our content is well hand written and no funny business. It is tech niche which provides surveys. Now the data is only available for us before posting. So, no one else can generate it. Our site is also not a forum. Although it have some forms which gets published after review. If anybody wants to claim something on the surveys then sure they can fill them up and sent. And also it has tremendous heavy loaded comment section.
Out of all sites I thought about this site the least to get something like this.

| Metrics to look at before getting a link from - DA or PA or Spam Score? |

If you had to get a link from a site then how would you judge the site? Would you judge it by it's Majestic metrics such as TF/CF or Moz metrics such as DA/PA or as some like to say check 'spam score'?
I know it be a odd question to many here. But I am just confused here. Everybody suggests to get a link from a good site. But nobody says how to decide the site is good or not.
