Is it really possible to sale an affiliate product without a site or blog? If it is then how??

Yeah its possible. Say take 5 forums in your niche (the product niche ofcourse). Do forum marketing pretty seriously and you can sale without owning a site or blog. But its not that simple. First of all you will have to build a pretty strong reputation it may takes months but you will have to be patient. Once you have build a loyal followers base then add your link to you profile signature. The visits from forums are the most targeted once in any sort of referral traffic so you will get conversions for sure.

Yeah, its totally possible. Just like 'frank' said you will need just a platform to perform it.It can be forums or social media sites or elsewhere. You have to just make sure that targeted users can and are visiting through your link.
