Most of the marketing agncies fail, why is that?

Some organizations fail because there is just not enough demand for the services they provide at their current pricing point. Do your research and be aware of current service demand and market pricing. Then, construct your service offers appropriately.
Following that, no entrepreneur would ever describe his or her agency as ordinary or mediocre, yet we all know that not every firm is the finest. Look for methods to distinguish your firm from the competition in order to retain clients and attract new consumers.
Finally, because of technological improvements, it is vital to keep current on industry trends and their consequences for your firm. Agencies that specialize in defunct services risk becoming obsolete if they do not adapt to the times.

Every agency should have a clear, long-term vision of what they are trying to achieve. otherwise, they will fail and can not get too focused on the details. Sometimes they have to continue asking themselves, "What is my bigger picture?" They are unable to decide on anything. Inaccurate accounting, a lack of a rainy day fund, poor management techniques, and a lack of future planning are the fact of their failure.
