For beginners Mailchimp is a good option. The prices of ESP goes up according to your needs and requirements. Can you share how many users are you trying to cover and how's your mails going to be?

Near about 5000 subscribers and mails will be basically newsletters but I shall be sending some product promotion too.

For 5k subscribers you will need $60-80 or 90 approximately for any ESP you choose.
