Ad blockers are blocking all of my ads on mobile sites. In desktop there are some users who allows ads in order to support the site admin. But not in the case of mobile they are all selfish. How do you guys deal with this?

Haven't you considered using the pop-ups which say stop ad blocker or something. They are effective you know. You might loose some of your traffic at first but they surely will increase your earnings.
