Its slow and needs lot of time along with assistance. If anyone can suggest a good alternative then it will be really helpful.

Go for Oxygen if you can code and if you can't then try Elementor.

I use Elementor. Its really good when it comes to handing these things for an uneducated (in terms of coding) person like me.
