I am seeing huge fluctuations in my Google SERP's. Specially from the mid of the first week of this month. Are you guys seeing this too?? I am concerned about my rankings. Is it Penguin or Panda??

Well, something is going on that's right. As mozcast has also shown 80 on 4th February. Though I haven't seen much change in my SERP's but demographic traffic is changing.

You are right about the demographics 'frank'.
One of my site's sole source was only Europe including countries like UK, France and Spain. But now I am seeing that my traffic is coming from all over Europe and also from the US. I don't think that it is Panda or Penguin. In my opinion we should wait until some confirmations come from Google's end before getting into some conclusion.
