How to setup a mail server??

Can anybody provide me a good guide on how to setup a mail server??!!

Don't go managing mail server unless you have practiced doing it. That would be my suggestion. Anyway, follow this article.

What do you mean? Setting up an ESP or setting up an email server in VPS or dedicated server?

Yeah, looks pretty good. But I also need some modifications if you can provide them all then it will be better.
