What are the best traffic sources for Peerfly CPA offers? Many sources are not suitable and also many of them are just waste of time & money. So, any recommendations?

The first thing that comes to my mind is obviously adwords. Other than that Popads, Popcash, Fb and Bing ads all are good sources. But from what I have seen you should choose an ad network according to your niche.

In my opinion all legit ad networks are good. Ofcourse they have to comply with each other's policies.

Start with adwords. Fb ads are good for exposure but not so much for conversions.
