I have query regarding SERP. Suppose if you a launch a service or a product it is usual that you will get some reviews. Is there any possibility that Google is going to take those into consideration while ranking? And also if there were negative feedbacks, then will google demote its ranking??

Reviews creates backlinks. The more reviews the better. It does plays a role in the SERP's. And talking about negative reviews it does not matter in the SERP, but yeah it can effect your product sale though.

Review is a part of online reputation management and i don't think that it affects the ranking of website but yes it plays a important role in online reputation management.

All reviews are counted as backlinks if they have link in them. Negative or positive, the nature of it does not matters.

Ratings and reviews, both are play a very important role for an e-commerce website. Good ratings with positive reviews are helps to built a user trust before purchasing any product from an e-commerce website. It also helps to improve conversion rate of your e-commerce portal. But Don,t think it affects the SEO Ranking.
