100k list but its old, can I market it through Emails?

For the last couple of years we have sold many digital items. And as the time passed we have collected a huge list of probable buyers but here is the fact that we have never marketed it through emails. Can I email them and try to market the list?

They may have bought from you but they had never done anything to get emails from you. You will ended up spamming.
