1% of the total traffic is getting conversions. The traffic is targeted and the landing page of the product including the sales page all are optimized. But also I don't know what is going wrong.

You are getting conversions. That means you doing it right that's okay. You just have to improve it. Change some of the variables such as what kind of PPC campaigns are you using, change the keywords if necessary.
