Does Mobile resolution has something to do with SEO? I mean what if my page get opened in a mobile handset which has very low mobile resolution or maybe not even a smart phone.

The fact that actually matters is that whether your site is mobile optimized or not. If its optimized then it will get opened in a device without any problem. I assure you that.

And No, mobile resolution has nothing to do with SEO. Unless the page shows a timeout. Everything will work just fine.

Resolution won't matter. Either it will load or not.

Every year people spend more and more time on their mobile devices and tablets, but many websites still aren't designed to account for different screen sizes and load times. Mobile optimization takes a look at site design, site structure, page speed, and more to make sure you're not inadvertently turning mobile visitors away.
