Both old pages and new pages indexed

We have migrated from our old site to a new one. But what I am seeing that the old pages and new pages both are present at the SERP's. Yeah, the old pages redirects to the new one obviously but still its very confusing.

Google takes time in these kind of things. Give it a week or two until then just observe.
