Since they are a service from India I was mulling at first. But when I tried them I became a fan of them. They lack options regarding hosting plans. They have many variety of plans don't get me wrong here, they actually do. Magento hosting,Node.js hosting, laravel, python you name it, they have it. But in terms of plan advanced features they lack.Now some clients may look just for it. And become disappointed. In Asia pacific region their uptime is great. Elsewhere I don't know. They are really a great hosting provider within this region but they can be worldwide with just few more data centers. A 7.7/10 service.
