The answer is that you can't as the forum grows spammers will come around. So, you have to constantly moderate it.

The forum site owner must be active on handling the site due to abusive members or users and this is to moderate the forum's quality discussion.

You have to continuously filter your posts. And if its too many then you have to hire someone to do it for you.

As already mentioned. Spammers will be around. So, it needs constant moderation.
