I tried to contact them to change the plans so I can reduce the price. But theey didn't even bothered to respond so I have to cancel the card for a while.

Why would you go with them in the first place. It is a blacklisted provider to begin with.

But they seemed fine too me. I even didn't saw anything in the reviews
