The most important elements are landing page, targeted keywords that are relevant, if you are promoting it through Ad campaigns than the ad campaign tracking and obviously the sales page.

The most important elements are landing page and sales page because atlast these things only help to decide the customers to take the leap of faith. Apart from these I think targeting the right audience is also important. People often spend up their budget by targeting the wrong audience.
