Absolutely amazing host in terms of scalability and global deployment. Performance, customer support are also can be stated as very good
However, their policy towards their customers have been questioned a few times. Such as complex refund policy, hidden feeses, addons can charge a heck extra etc. And also their shared hosting being slow since they host a ton of sites in one machine and control panel options being limited on shared or starter plans. But then again these are company policies which can change anytime. If they really want to cater a large audience then sure they will make changes accordingly.

They say their data centers are currently in US, India and Europe. And they can serve well to all of the global audience but that is not so true. People outside these places can face either uptime issue or slow response time or both. Other than that no issue with this host.

They are an amazing host. And they are very welcoming to the people who are starting off as new admin even their hardest critique will tell you that. Their support team is extremely patient and also very insightful at the same time.

Very affordable prices and also very scalable. Extremely reasonable pricing which can attract a lot of good customers. Been using for 2 years now, no issues so far. Will be upgrading to a VPS.
