Does Big G wants to see diversification in our link profile? I mean a general ratio of nofollow and dofollow links?

I don't think they do. As long as the links are relevant and natural in your link profile any ratio can work greatly.

Google doesn't care about any ratio. They probably won't look into your link profile if you don't have any unnatural links.
