We are selling weight loss pills right now. And the conversions really sucks. We are getting pageviews in a good amount but that's it.

First of all its a very highly competitive niche so you need to stay ahead of your competitors. Check their products prices and all. And also get your landing page checked by professional.
You are getting visitors that mean atleast you are targeting the right audience. But after that something is going terribly wrong.

I hate to admit it but 'Supaul' is right its a very competitive and not to mention very saturated niche. I will take that your page views are from organic traffic and not from paid ones. So, you are targeting the audience alright but they are non-responsive. Check out your landing page and specially your sales page see what is going wrong. You may check your product too as suggested earlier.
