Mivocloud was one of the best. It was considered as a leader. And then something happened post 2020. Their support got from bad to worse. Customers started complaining about long hours of wait and not so helpful support. Many also complained about their support being clueless like they have no idea what they are doing. Although this is the experience of atleast 2 people out of 100. Yes, it may not look like much but once the company image is spoiled, everything is over. Even though when you provide quality service. Still people doubt you.
Have used them for brief period. Had no issue with them. Because they basically lack what is the patient customer service for newbie clients. And also they lack somewhat extra privileges in their beginners account so it make things even harder for a person who is doing things for the first time. They do not provide managed services so go figure.
Costing, performance, support everything looked good to me anyway. Sure they are not great but not bad either.
I would definitely give them a solid 7 out of 10 considering all the factors.
