Why Ranking is fluctuation more n more? I noticed before some days there are many more fluctuation in ranking of my healthcare website.

Its due to the recent Google updates. Google has been updating its algorithm a lot lately.

The fluctuations are because your competitors are ranking higher than your website. You need to work on more quality content and backlinks to rank higher and stable in search engine pages.
