I totally agree with zeus, the main objective of traffic is convert the traffic to sales, as long as you are getting it the traffic is worth immense.

No its not correct, referral traffic has nothing to do with google SERP's.

Referral traffic is good but if we are getting organic traffic with it because referral traffic always depend on other linked website or sources.

Foremost, organic traffic is more important for any website. Refferal is also good for ranking factor. Google consider both one before shown in search engine result pages.
