How to create articles which are closely related main keywords? Are they going to effect each other?

It may happen that the initials of the main keyword or even the keywords are closely related. But if the topic of discussion are different from each other then they are not going to effect each other.

Head titles may seem same. But make the page different by putting different meta descriptions and different proper tags though careful on-page optimizations.
